Ready, Set, GROW is an experiential workshop led by Harvard-trained developmental psychologist Dr. Ronnie Blakeney and her daughter and co-author, New York Times bestselling author and artist Justina Blakeney. The workshop introduces the clinical community to their just-released book and oracle deck, GROW: Pathways to Passion, Purpose & Peace.

Sparkling with wit, wisdom, and wonder, GROW offers a structured yet playful, non-linear framework for facilitating lifelong human development—beyond trauma work, crisis management, and recovery. Through symbolic imagery, reflective prompts, and simple practices, GROW helps clients move from insight into embodied action.

When people feel stuck, over-intellectualized, withdrawn, defensive, or unsure how to translate awareness into change, GROW provides a neutral and engaging entry point. It invites curiosity, vulnerability, and experimentation while supporting balance, integration, and forward movement.

How do we guide people beyond healing, as they grow new ways of being that honor their full potential at each stage of life?
